Principal Mr. Chas Hagan
|

Mr. Hagan was born
and raised in Baltimore. He and is a former Physical Education teacher
and Administrative Assistant at Southampton Middle School. Mr. Hagan
was assigned to HTHS as an Acting Assistant Principal in fall of 2000,
was named assistant principal in August, 2001, and Principal in June,
2004.
Mr. Hagan has Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from Towson State University. He has been married to his wife Patty for 25 years and has three children Katie (a Harford Tech graduate) Caroline (an incoming freshman), and Noah.

Assistant Principal Major (Ret.) Lari M. Dunlap, Jr. |

Born in St. Louis, Missouri; attended public school in East St. Louis, Illinois. Received advanced degrees in education from Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri followed by completion of a 20 year military career reaching the rank of Major. Married to Mrs. Gall I. Dunlap for 33 years. Three children are Lari, Jr., Brian, and Jewell, all of whom are well along with their respective careers in law enforcement, military, and financial advisement, and law school. Currently cruising the school administration highway providing a ray of light for some who might otherwise not see.

Ms. Fleury comes to HTHS from North Harford High School where she was an Assistant Principal. Ms. Fleury graduated with a AS in Business Administration, BA in Political Science and Economics, and a Master of Education General Education and Administration. She taught business for nine years in northern New York at Franklin Academy High School. |
